This is not an entry-level position—candidates must have prior experience in plastic surgery, cosmetic dermatology, or a medical spa setting to be considered.

What You’ll Do:
As a member of our team, you’ll play an integral role in delivering outstanding clinical outcomes. Your responsibilities will include:
- Performing Botox and dermal filler treatments with precision and expertise.
- Conducting comprehensive consultations to develop tailored treatment plans.
- Educating patients on skincare, treatments, and post-procedure care.
- Building trust and rapport with patients while retaining them through exceptional results.
- Maintaining proper documentation, cleanliness, and adherence to all safety protocols.
You’ll also have the opportunity to perform and train on other aesthetic and medical treatments offered by our practice, participate in marketing efforts (videos, blogs, and patient education), and help innovate new techniques and protocols under the guidance of our Medical Director.
What We’re Looking For:
- A current, unrestricted nursing license in the state of Arizona.
- At least 1–2 years of experience with aesthetic injectables.
- A passion for delivering clinical results and patient satisfaction.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
- A positive, flexible attitude and a commitment to continuous learning.
Hours and Flexibility:
This is a part-time position (2–4 days per week, 4-6 hours per day) with the potential to grow into a full-time role if that is what you are looking for. We value your flexibility as we work to accommodate the needs of both the business and our patients.

Essential Job Functions:
- Be on time for your shift, prompt with each appointment and perform services within the appropriate time allotted for the service. Arrive 15 minutes before shift starts to plan and prepare for the day.
- Be flexible with your schedule, supporting the needs of the business and clients.
- Adhere to professional dress code of the practice; scrubs.
- Properly care for and clean equipment to ensure OSHA and medical board standards and use proper amounts of product to assist with cost controls.
- Adhere to treatment logs, and monitor all consumables to ensure replacement and cost efficiency.
- Thoroughly and correctly document all treatments / patient conversations in a timely manner.
- Have a understanding and working knowledge of the EMR system as it relates to your role.
- Familiarize your self with the patient photo protocols and ensure quality before and after photos are taken of each patient.
- Have complete knowledge and understanding of all services, treatments, products, financing options, memberships and loyalty programs.
- Actively promote at home skin care treatment programs, meeting minimum retail sales goals.
- Uphold the standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by law and Advanced Image Med Spa & Elite Wellness Center policies and procedures.
- Perform prep work and properly clean and restock room as required. This includes but is not limited to properly cleaning/sanitizing any and all equipment, properly disposing of sharps kits, wiping down chairs, restocking the appropriate medical, towel, and linen supplies for each room, and maintaining a clean and well-organized work environment.
- Communicate to management any and all occurrences involving staff or patients in the business that require attention.
- Educate clients on the center, all treatments offered, skincare, in addition to current programs or promotional offers and financing. It would be wonderful if you are willing to perform other aesthetic or medical services.
- Ability to perform a thorough and detailed comprehensive consultation to develop a treatment plan using any and all modalities to provide the best patient outcome regardless of price.
- Handle patients’ questions and concerns professionally and courteously.
- Provide accurate, appropriate and immediate responses to all requests by patients, ensuring complete client satisfaction, and copy management on all patient correspondences.
- Possess ability to work without direct supervision.
- Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a positive and quality work environment.
- Attend, participate in, and support training and staff meetings for business with enthusiasm, active involvement and participation.
- Assist in all areas of business/clinical operations as requested by management.
- Communicate with management regarding inventory .
- Consistently discuss and implement innovation into practice.
- Ability and willingness to do videos, posts and contribute via blogs.
- Willing to sign a non-compete agreement.
- Work effectively and synergistically with the Medical Director on protocols, procedures, and training.
- Must be open and willing to learn new techniques and protocols.
- Perform Botox and Dermal Filler treatments with excellent results.
- Perform other aesthetic and medical treatments offered by the spa is a huge plus.
- Obtain client intake forms, consent forms, and documentation
- Conduct patient consultations and provide treatment plans
- Educate patients regarding procedures and products that complement the treatment and enhance the result.
- Retain patients through exceptional results, building and maintaining relationships, and consistent follow up.
- Assist in all areas of clinic operation as requested by management.
Requirements:
- Current, unrestricted license in good standing in the state of Arizona
- Ability to perform a thorough patient consultation. Build trust and rapport.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Must have enthusiasm and possess excellent customer service skills.
- Enjoy working with people with a clinical outcome mindset and the best interest of the patient.
- Computer knowledge and timely patient charting. Same day.
- Must be a team player, appreciate constructive criticism and support management and peers as well as business goals.
- Must be experienced performing aesthetic injectables.

Pay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour
