**Duties include, but are not limited to:**- Overall management of the front desk.- Assisting with patient check-in and check-out processes.- Processing payments.- Answering multiple phone lines. Scheduling
Additionally, the role involves effectively supporting management in achieving the objectives of the medical spa, which include:
Enhancing customer service.
Maintaining staff appearance standards.
The position also entails responsibilities related to inventory purchasing specific to the area of focus, as well as assisting in strategies to retain and recruit clients, including following up with them.
Other responsibilities include overseeing facility conditions and advising management on necessary repairs, improvements, and general maintenance.
Requirements for the role:
Must understand the importance of building client relationships.
Must be willing to work 2 Saturdays/ month.
Must pass a background check.
