Position Overview
As a Medical Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our providers and ensuring an outstanding experience for our patients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about aesthetics and committed to delivering top-notch care.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist providers during aesthetic procedures such as Botox, fillers, laser treatments, and other medical spa services.• Prepare treatment rooms and ensure proper sterilization of equipment.• Provide pre- and post-treatment instructions to patients.• Maintain patient records and assist with scheduling appointments.• Support front-desk operations when needed.
Qualifications
- Medical Assistant certification (CMA or RMA preferred).• Previous experience in an aesthetic or dermatology setting is a plus.• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.• Detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.• Passion for aesthetic medicine and patient care.
