Job Summary
Established Dermatology office with 2 locations and a Med Spa is seeking an experienced medical Aesthetician, ideally with a following to join its growing practice in it's Jupiter location. Flexible schedule for a part time position several days a week.
Bonus for those dual licensed / trained in massage.
Those with experience working in medical practices is a plus.
Skill set:
- Valid Florida Aesthetician license in accordance with state regulations.
- Ideally dual certified for massage
- 3+ years using Hydrafacial
- 2+ years providing manual facials
- 1+ year of providing levulan blue light therapy (preferred)
- Strong retail sales skills with a focus on upselling products and services to enhance client experience.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs.
- Knowledge of skincare products and the ability to educate clients on their benefits..
- Ability to work well in as part of the team while also being self-motivated.
- Experience in creating service and product specials with a keen understanding of costs and profit margins
- A commitment to continuous learning and professional development within the aesthetics field.
Responsibilities
- Provide a variety of aesthetic services including chemical peels, acne facials, anti-aging facials, Hydrafacials and additional treatments
- Work with the dermatology providers to understand medical diagnosis to develop opportunities to cross promote services to optimize patient outcomes
- Conduct thorough skin assessments to recommend appropriate treatments and products tailored to individual client needs.
- Perform retail sales by upselling products and services during client consultations and appointments.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.
- Utilize scheduling software to schedule appointments, manage client information, and track inventory.
- Perform inventory for supplies and products; place orders as needed.
- Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction during treatments.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in aesthetics and new techniques in the industry.

COMPENSATION
- Hourly rate plus commission on services and products directly attributed to Aesthetician
