Overview:
The Med Spa Manager operates in a specific location and delivers a luxury brand level experience to all clients. The role maintains the day-to-day operations of the spa location including overseeing the staff, tracking and achieving all operations targets, ensuring a client experience in line with AAG standards and delivering safe practices and compliance with all regulations,
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement processes to deliver the safest and best customer experience possible. Oversees day-to-day operations of the office including but not limited to; check-in/check-out, patient forms, room management, schedule supervision, maintaining patient records, collecting and applying payments, retail sales, reconciliation and office cleanliness.
- Oversees the staff to ensure employees are delivering services at the highest standards and delivering on results.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, increase revenue, and achieve business targets.
- Conduct inventory management to optimize stock levels and minimize waste.
- Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service and resolving any customer concerns or issues promptly.
- Interview, hire, train, and supervise spa staff to ensure a cohesive team environment.
- Utilize sales management techniques to promote spa services and products effectively.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
- Collaborate with ownership, Independent Contractors performing medical services and AAG leadership to ensure compliance with all regulations, reporting requirements and processes.
- Implement retail principles to maximize retail sales within the spa.
Experience:
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the spa or hospitality industry.
- Strong background in management with a track record of achieving revenue targets.
- Proficiency in conducting interviews, training staff, and fostering a positive work culture.
- Knowledge of inventory management practices to control costs and optimize resources.
- Ability to effectively sell spa services and products to drive business growth.
- Familiarity with retail concepts for successful retail operations.
Qualifications:
- An associates degree or higher in business management or a related field. Requisite experience may substitute for the degree requirement.
- 3 - 5 years in a medical spa setting including managing and achieving sales processes and targets.
- Strong knowledge of all medical spa procedures and the regulations that govern the operation.
