Ideal Candidate:
- Active Esthetician License
- Clinical or Spa setting experience
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients, staff, and management
- Create Treatment plans and sales packages
- Conduct Consultations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional customer service and personalized care
- Knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, and their benefits
- Assist with development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote skin care services and products
- Perform duties necessary for facials, exfoliation, masks, steaming, skin analysis, facial massage, moisturizing, and possible facial extractions
