Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Associate to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in driving revenue by selling treatment packages and skincare products to new and existing clients. The ideal candidate has a strong background in sales within a medical or day spa environment and understands the nuances of the industry. While an esthetician license is preferred, it is not required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to understand their aesthetic goals and recommend personalized treatment packages and products.
- Educate clients on the benefits of various treatments and skincare options to drive product and package sales.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by actively promoting spa services and retail products.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the spa’s services, including skincare treatments, wellness therapies, and product lines.
- Provide an outstanding client experience through a consultative sales approach.
- Assist with scheduling and booking client appointments as needed.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay informed about industry trends, new treatments, and products.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience within a medical spa or day spa setting, with proven success in selling treatment packages and products.
- Product Knowledge: Familiarity with skincare products and aesthetic treatments commonly offered in medical or day spas.
- Preferred: An esthetician license, though it is not required.
- Customer Service: Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for creating a positive client experience.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and address client questions effectively.
- Sales-Driven: Ability to meet and exceed sales goals consistently.
