Role Overview:
We’re seeking a motivated Customer Success Specialist to join our team, focusing on maximizing client satisfaction, retention, and growth. In this role, you’ll work directly with med spa clients to help them achieve their business goals through partnership systems, event hosting, and data reactivation strategies. You'll ensure clients are fully supported throughout their journey, from onboarding to ongoing success.
Responsibilities:
- Client Onboarding & Training: Guide clients through onboarding, ensuring they understand our strategies, systems, and fulfillment processes.
- Partnership Development: Create and implement a partnership system to generate collaborative opportunities and increase client exposure.
- Event Coordination: Plan and support client-hosted events, from strategy to execution, to drive engagement and attract new clients.
- Data Reactivation: Design and execute strategies to re-engage past clients and dormant leads, enhancing revenue opportunities.
- Client Communication: Regularly check in with clients, providing updates, gathering feedback, and addressing any concerns to enhance satisfaction.
- Reporting & Metrics: Monitor and report on client KPIs, providing insights and recommendations to optimize performance.
Qualifications:
- Strong project management skills with a focus on partnership development, event planning, and customer engagement.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing strategies.
- Experience in the health and wellness or med spa industry is a plus.

- Weekends as needed

- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
