H/K/B Cosmetic Surgery has an exciting opportunity for a full-time MedSpa Operations Manager to join our team! We offer competitive pay, health insurance, paid time off, and other wonderful benefits. This position may require up to 50% travel.
A little bit about the position:
This position will help oversee daily operations in the MedSpa across all company locations. This position will optimize and standardize processes, manage resources, ensure quality control, develop strategies, and lead teams to achieve organizational goals.
What you can expect in the role:
- Work to standardize processes and procedures across all locations.
- Determine best practices and communicate those to MedSpa providers.
- Schedule, plan and enable MedSpa team meetings and continuing skills trainings to guarantee service guidelines are being maintained and to keep spa aligned with current trends.
- Perform annual staff performance reviews, as needed.
- Collaborate with the Marketing department on specials, promotions, and advertising.
- Work with providers to create and achieve performance goals.
- Collaborate with Inventory Specialist for product needs as well as disposable needs, etc.
- Helping to achieve efficiency in overall day-to-day operations in the MedSpa.
What we are looking for in a candidate:
- 4+ years' experience in a MedSpa, plastic surgery, aesthetics, and/or health and wellness environment.
- 2+ years' experience in a manager role.
- Associate's degree in healthcare, health and wellness, operations, or related field.
- Equivalent combination of experience and education.
- Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Superior organizational skills.
- Leadership ability.
