About the Role:
The Vice President of Operations (VP of Ops) is a pivotal role that ensures seamless, efficient, and high-quality operational performance across a growing network of medical aesthetics practices. This leader is responsible for driving strategic initiatives, overseeing daily operations, and fostering a culture of excellence. Reporting directly to the COO, the VP of Operations collaborates with the executive team and departmental leaders to deliver superior patient experiences, optimize clinical operations, and achieve organizational goals.
This position is fully remote, with regular travel required to oversee clinics, build relationships, and ensure operational success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Leadership: Oversee P&L management, drive clinical operational excellence, and ensure high patient satisfaction and productivity.
- Team Engagement & Development: Foster strong relationships, mentor regional teams, and develop training programs.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Partner with functional heads and ensure alignment between corporate leadership and regional teams.
- Growth & Innovation: Lead integration of new clinics, implement innovative initiatives, and propose strategic growth plans.
- Financial & Performance Management: Monitor practice performance, conduct financial reviews, and translate organizational objectives into operational strategies

Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 7+ years in healthcare operations, preferably in medical aesthetics or a similar field such as dermatology, plastic surgery, or wellness.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
- Industry Knowledge: Demonstrated expertise in practice management within a high growth organization, including experience with M&A integration.
- Financial Acumen: Strong skills in financial management, data analysis, and strategic planning.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire diverse teams, fostering a collaborative and productive culture.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to build relationships with physicians, staff, and other stakeholders.
- Travel: Ability to travel regularly to oversee regional operations and build in-person relationships.
