Responsibilities:
As the leader of your team, you will significantly contribute to the success of your location by managing various office operations and programs. Your responsibilities will include:
- : Support and lead your team of practice staff by promoting a positive culture of professionalism and growth.
- : Provide the best care to patients participating in our various Med Spa programs for wellness.
- : Direct practice administration including appointments, registrations, record management, and deposits.
- : Adherence to regulations, policies, and procedures.
- : Manage billing and AR Collections
- : Manage product and supply inventory and place orders, as necessary.
- : Utilize and produce reports from system for practice performance.
- : Support new and long-term staff with learning opportunities.
- : Work leads to continue growth of the practice including providing consultations prior to joining.
Requirements:
You are best suited for this role if you have:
- Bachelor’s degree in management, business administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a practice management role
- Team leadership experience and skills
- Professional communication and interpersonal skills (in person and in writing).
- Problem solving, organization, and prioritization skills
- Proficiencies in computer and practice management systems
- Dedication to providing excellent customer service
