We’re looking for a dynamic Strategic Partnerships Manager to join our team and play a key role in helping our med spa clients thrive by building and nurturing valuable partnerships.
Position Summary:
As our Strategic Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a partnership strategy to drive growth for our med spa clients. This includes creating a partnership system, coordinating and hosting strategic events, and implementing data reactivation initiatives to engage new and existing audiences. You’ll identify potential partners, negotiate win-win deals, and collaborate closely with our team to integrate these partnerships seamlessly into our clients’ growth strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic partnership plan for med spas, including identifying, securing, and nurturing partnerships aligned with our clients' growth goals.
- Plan and coordinate client events to boost brand awareness, lead generation, and client engagement.
- Create and manage a data reactivation system to re-engage past clients and optimize retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of partnerships and alignment with business goals.
- Track partnership performance, report on KPIs, and ensure continuous value for our clients.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or a related field (experience in health, wellness, or beauty industries preferred).
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to think strategically, solve problems, and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
- Experience with event planning, project management, and CRM tools is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Pay: $75,033.00 - $85,611.00 per year
