We are seeking a professional and enthusiastic Licensed Medical Esthetician with a positive, infectious attitude to join our team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in performing a variety of advanced skincare treatments, including Hydrafacials, chemical peels, custom facials, microneedling, laser, IPL, laser hair removal. dermaplaning, and other advanced treatments. This role requires a team player who can also assist providers with treatments, assist with front desk duties and provide excellent customer service. This position will start as a part-time position, some rotating weekends (Saturday only), with the opportunity to increase hours as clientele grows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of advanced skincare treatments, including but not limited to Hydrafacial, chemical peels, facials, microneedling, laser, IPL, laser hair removal, and dermaplaning.
- Conduct consultations and skin assessments to develop personalized treatment plans for clients.
- Maintain a clean and organized treatment area, ensuring all equipment is properly sterilized and maintained.
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and recommend appropriate skincare products.
- Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments, handling client inquiries, and processing payments.
- Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a positive and welcoming experience for all clients.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a cohesive and supportive work environment.
- Participate in social media marketing efforts and contribute to content creation to promote services and engage clients.
- Conduct client outreach to build relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Help develop and implement marketing campaigns to increase client engagement and drive business growth.
- Assist other providers with treatments as needed, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Valid and current esthetician license in North Carolina.
- Proven experience in performing a range of advanced skincare treatments.
- Strong knowledge of skincare products and ingredients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive, infectious attitude that enhances team morale and client experience.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- A team player with a strong work ethic.
- Experience in social media marketing and client outreach is a plus.
- Previous experience in a medical spa or dermatology setting is preferred.
- Training can be provided for the right candidate.
