Cosmetic Dermatology practice located in Charlotte is seeking a motivated, energetic and hard-working front desk receptionist to join our team! This position would be considered part-time covering 3-4 days per week.

Responsibilities includes being the first face clients see when they arrive, offering concierge-level customer service, having a friendly and caring attitude while being incredibly professional and organized. As our receptionist, you will answer phones, call patients to schedule appointments, help manage the clinic schedule and assist with administrative duties and office tasks.

You are very organized.
You keep lists and stay on top of action items.
You stay focused and on track – especially with regular interruptions.
You are great at remembering the little details. Your attention to detail ensures things don't fall through the cracks.
You thrive on meeting new people, are outgoing and cheerful.
Prior experience in the medical/dermatology industry preferred, but not required. We are willing to train the right person.
