*Job Overview*
We are seeking a dedicated NP or PA with endocrinology, functional medicine, Medical Aesthetics and/or Hormone replacement therapy experience including treatment with hormone pellets. Knowledge of anti-aging therapy, weight loss programs, and preventative health care programs a major plus but not required. Our services require a high level of critical thinking, ability to parallel process, and a concierge approach and responsiveness to patients and team members in order to keep all operations flowing. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about anti-aging medicine and helping people look and feel their best. The ideal candidate will be committed to the highest standards of patient care and contribute to an environment that promotes a team-building atmosphere. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the wellness and the plastics industry and have exceptional leadership skills. Required experience: working in a MedSpa and/or Plastic Surgeon's office.
Qualifications/Job role:
- Current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the state of North Carolina
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related healthcare setting, preferably in medical aesthetics or wellness centers.
- Certification and experience in cosmetic injectables and hormone replacement therapy are highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and staff.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
- Commitment to providing high-quality, empathetic, and personalized patient care.
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including detailed histories and physical examinations, to determine their medical and cosmetic needs.
- Develop and implement treatment plans for weight management, hormone replacement therapy, wellness programs, and other aesthetic treatments.
- Perform injections such as Botox, fillers, and other non-surgical cosmetic enhancements.
- Administer and monitor outcomes of various hormone replacement therapies.
- Provide guidance and counseling on diet, nutrition, exercise, and general wellness.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care and optimal results for all patients.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records for each patient.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in medical aesthetics and wellness.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards for safety and efficacy.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
