Full Job Description
Seeking Full Time professionals who EXUDE positive attitude and capable of providing excellent Customer Service for Urban Medspa of Charlotte.
Compensation:
- $18.00-$32.00 per hour base pay. Will make more with Commission and Tips ($10.00-$15.00 per hour) PLUS commission pay for a total of $28 to $35 an hour after commission and tips.

Job duties:
- Perform Chemical peels, Micro-needling, Laser Hair Removal, IPL, Clear and Brilliant Service and many more advanced services
- Promote facials therapy benefits to clients receiving sessions on a regular basis
- Create excellent experience for all clients through friendly and helpful positive attitude
- Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of Esthetics room and other related areas
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a Medical Spa environment
- Facial Products Sales Experience is a plus
- Experience with Social Media Marketing
- Must adhere to local and state Esthetics licensing laws and regulations of North Carolina
- Must provide original copy of Esthetics license
