Responsibilities:

Follow up on new leads as required; meet weekly and monthly goals for lead conversion and scheduling appointments.

Perform other duties as requested. Be a strong team player with a positive attitude and do what needs to be done without being asked.

Communicate with employees, providers, and management to optimize customer service and ensure smooth operation of the aesthetic center.

Record, organize, create, and edit content (photos and videos) for social media accounts.

Requirements:

Should have experience working with social media ideally in a medspa, spa, medical office/center, and/or salon

Must be interested in learning about and educating patients about aesthetics. Bonus points for existing knowledge
