As the Front Desk Ambassador, you play a pivotal role in providing an unmatched patient experience, ensuring that from the moment patients enter our facility, they feel welcomed in a space that prioritizes their health and comfort. Administrative Duties:
- Create an exceptional first impression, managing patient check-ins and check-outs with the utmost professionalism, warmth, and efficiency.
- Ensure the office environment is always welcoming, organized, and reflective of our spa-like atmosphere, prioritizing patient comfort and relaxation.
- Handle communications with elegance and discretion, responding to phone, email, and website inquiries in a manner that upholds our standards of excellence.
- Utilize our clinic management software, Cerbo, for precise patient documentation and seamless appointment scheduling.
- Execute opening, mid-day, and closing duties to maintain the clinic’s aesthetic and operational standards.
Culinary Duties:
- Craft and serve nutritious breakfasts and lunches to our clients, embodying our holistic commitment to health and wellness while elevating the spa-like ambiance. Culinary training is not required—only a zeal for healthy, visually appealing cuisine. We will provide training on preparing functional food that aligns with our nutrition protocols.
Financial Duties:
- Assist with billing processes and inventory management, ensuring transactions are handled with accuracy and integrity, reflective of our high-end service.
- Manage office, retail, and supplement inventory with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring products are presented elegantly and in line with our luxurious setting.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Exceptional organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail, with a proactive approach to all duties.
- Warm and friendly disposition, professional appearance, and the ability to seamlessly interact with high-end clientele.
