Other duties as time allows:
- Greet and welcome clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
- Assist with scheduling appointments
- Responsible for light housekeeping weekly
What is REQUIRED:
- At least 1 year of previous medical assisting experience required
What would be helpful:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Ability to handle financial transactions accurately
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask
- Open to work some weekends (Saturdays 10-2)
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 20 per week
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Weekends as needed
Experience:
- Medical Assisting: 1 year (Required)
License/Certification:
- Certified Medical Assistant (Required)
