Position Summary:
The Spa Supervisor will be responsible for managing all aspects of spa reservations, ensuring a seamless booking experience for our guests. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lead a team of reservation specialists. The ideal candidate will be passionate about guest satisfaction and will contribute to maintaining the spa's reputation as a premier wellness destination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all spa reservation activities, ensuring accuracy and prompt service.
- Supervise the reservations team, providing training, support, and performance feedback.
- Develop and implement efficient procedures for handling reservations and optimizing spa schedules.
- Ensure that guest requests, special preferences, and scheduling needs are accurately recorded and fulfilled.
- Collaborate with spa management and other hotel departments to optimize guest experiences and improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor daily reservation reports, address booking conflicts, and ensure maximum occupancy.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any reservation issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in promoting spa services and packages through reservation channels and maintain knowledge of current spa offerings.
- Maintain a high level of guest satisfaction by delivering personalized, attentive service.

Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- One of the following licenses or certifications preferred: LMT, Aesthetician, Personal Trainer.
- One to three years' leadership experience in a Wellness, Health Club, Fitness Club, or Spa environment, with minimum of one year supervisory experience required.
- Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Club management system software or other retail or database software a plus.
- Knowledge of professional spa services and treatments preferred.
- Knowledge of retail operations and inventory systems required.
- Must possess basic computational ability as well as budgetary analysis.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, portions, and percentages.
