Responsibilities:
- Provide health coaching and support to clients in a compassionate and professional manner
- Develop personalized health plans and goals for clients based on their individual needs and circumstances
- Educate clients on healthy lifestyle choices, including nutrition, exercise, and stress management
- Monitor and track client progress towards their health goals
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care for clients
- Document client interactions, assessments, and progress notes accurately and timely
Skills:
- Medication administration: Ability to administer medications safely and accurately
- Case management: Experience in coordinating care and resources for clients with complex health needs
- Critical care systems: Familiarity with critical care systems and protocols
- Vital signs: Ability to accurately measure and interpret vital signs such as blood pressure, heart rate, and temperature
- Physiology knowledge: Understanding of human physiology and its impact on health and wellness
- Laboratory: Familiarity with laboratory tests and interpretation of results

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
