Job Description: College Enrollment Specialist & Laser Hair Removal Professional
Position Overview: The College Enrollment Specialist and supervising Laser Hair Removal Professional will play a pivotal role in managing and responding to student inquiries, both in written and verbal forms, regarding our vocational training seminars. These seminars are focused on light-based aesthetics, including laser hair removal, IPL photo facials, Botox and injectables, tattoo removal, and body contouring.
Key Responsibilities:
- Student Engagement: Respond to inquiries from prospective students, providing detailed information about our vocational training programs. Answer questions regarding course content, schedules, requirements, and career opportunities in the field of light-based aesthetics.
- Facilitate Management: Ensure that classrooms are properly prepared for seminar courses. Coordinate with instructors to guarantee adequate coverage for all classes. Address any general business needs that may arise during course facilitation.
- Practicum Supervision: Oversee the completion of 100 treatment practicums as a Professional Laser Hair Removal Technician. This supervision is critical for students seeking to upgrade their licenses to senior or professional technician levels.
- Marketing & Outreach: Deliver presentations to prospective student groups, both in-person and at industry conferences. Represent Texas Laser Institute at conferences, primarily within the USA, with potential international travel. Collaborate with the admissions department to increase enrollment through effective marketing strategies.
- Social Media Development: Participate in the creation and development of social media content in partnership with the marketing department. Contribute ideas and content that align with the institute’s goals and brand.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the educational or aesthetics industry.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage and supervise practicum sessions.
- Experience with marketing and public speaking is highly desirable.
- Availability to work full-time on-site, Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM. Occasional weekend work may be required for scheduled conferences.
- Plus- Hold current Laser Hair Removal License
Compensation:
- Competitive base salary and incentive plan, with a target salary range of $50,000 - $60,000 annually.
