A fast growing Med Spa specializes in minimally invasive and noninvasive cosmetic medical treatments including botox, fillers, body contouring, laser treatments, PRP, BB Glow, micro-needling, dermaplaning, chemical peels, facials, and more is looking for a bilingual Licensed Esthetician/Registered Laser Hair Removal Tech.
The employee is responsible for ensuring an outstanding guest experience, building relationships with clients and building up clientele, and selling the value of services and associated skin care products. This job will require excellent customer service skills, a fun personality along with credibility, thorough knowledge on the services and products offered in the spa, high integrity and a hardworking attitude. This employee will be team oriented, have great decision making skills, be highly motivated, display excellent customer service, high integrity and a rapid learner with the ability to grasp concepts.

Required Experience: 2 years or more Licensed Esthetician and/or Licensed Laser Hair Removal Tech experience

Responsibilities and Duties
Responsibilities include:
- Performing a comprehensive and detailed skin evaluation on customers
- Evaluating customer’s suitability for different services and recommending such services
- Conduct treatment consultations with patients, identify patient goals and recommend services and products to achieve optimal results, while ensuring patient safety.
- Perform medical esthetician and laser services including but not limited to:
- Chemical peels, laser skin rejuvenation, IPL, Diamond Glow, dermaplaning, microneedling, facials and much more.
- High emphasis on boosting sales of services and products, bringing in new clients and retaining current ones
- Be proficient in documentation and use of the EMR software system
- Keeping spa, treatment rooms neat, sanitized and clean daily and products displayed as required
- Provide excellent customer service
- Must be licensed at all times and follow TX state board regulations
- operating and maintaining the laser systems
- Share responsibilities to ensure consistent adherence to customer care standards and the use of lasers
- Recommending and educating each and every customer on services and products that will benefit them and align with their skincare goals
- Cell phones should not be used in front of customers and must remain locked with your personal belongings, unless you are asked to post pictures on the company’s social media sites in a professional and thoughtful manner
- Be willing to help the company grow and participate in educational activities to further their own knowledge
- Should be a team player, respectful of others, and create an ideal customer experience through a friendly and helpful attitude
- Other duties as assigned including proper attire, knowing own work schedule, proper attendance, use promotional tools of spa such as memberships, loyalty programs, promotions, referrals, etc
- Provide excellent follow up with clients and recognized for achieving superior customer satisfaction.
- Assist customers on a wide array of product options, and provide outstanding customer service.
- Address customer complaints, provide team leadership, and responsible for customer satisfaction.
- Understand the importance of selling add-on services and always making an appointment for next month.
Qualifications and Skills

Qualifications
