Artavi Med Spa is a medical aesthetics clinic located in the upscale Heights Mercantile shopping center in the heart of the highly desirable Houston Heights. Artavi Med Spa specializes in minimally invasive and noninvasive cosmetic medical treatments including botox, fillers, kybella, laser treatments, microneedling, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, chemical peels, body contouring, facials, and more!
We are seeking a medical assistant that will help grow the spa and become an integral member of the business.
The employee is responsible for supporting the Doctor, ensuring an outstanding guest experience, building relationships with clients and building up clientele, and selling the value of services and associated skin care products. This job will require excellent customer service skills, social media knowledge, a fun personality along with credibility, thorough knowledge on the services and products offered in the spa, high integrity a hardworking attitude and experience in Phlebotomy.
This employee will be team oriented, have great decision making skills, be highly motivated, display excellent customer service, high integrity and a rapid learner with the ability to quickly grasp concepts.

Required Experience: 2 years Medical Assistant experience

Responsibilities and Duties
- Prep rooms between patients
- Clean all rooms after patients
- Numbing patients when required
- Blood draws
- Rooming patients
- Before pictures
- Film assigned Social Media videos
- Create Social Media posts
- Assist Doctor with procedures
- Inventory
- Assist in keeping office orderly
- Restock for next day
- Assists the front desk when needed

- Skincare sales experience
