Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Med Spa Manager to oversee the daily operations of our spa facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. As the Spa Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining a well-organized and efficient spa environment. Potential for revenue share bonus after 12 months of employment
Responsibilities
- Supervise and train spa staff to deliver high-quality services and maintain operational standards.
- Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels to ensure seamless operations.
- Oversee front desk tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing the POS system, and handling customer inquiries to ensure the front desk is successful.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and service delivery when necessary.
- Foster a positive customer service atmosphere by addressing client concerns and feedback promptly.
- Drive sales initiatives by promoting spa services and products effectively to clients.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the spa environment.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns that attract new clients.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
