Position Overview
Modern Male Clinic is seeking a skilled and passionate Master Aesthetician to join our team in providing advanced aesthetic treatments tailored to our clients' unique needs. As a Master Aesthetician, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality services while ensuring a welcoming and professional experience for all clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform advanced aesthetic treatments, including but not limited to chemical peels, microdermabrasion, facials, microneedling, laser hair removal, and other skin rejuvenation procedures.
- Assess clients' skin conditions and recommend personalized treatment plans and skincare products to achieve optimal results.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized treatment environment following all safety and health guidelines.
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and provide ongoing support to achieve their desired results.
- Stay updated on the latest aesthetic techniques, tools, and industry trends to continuously improve service offerings.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Support marketing efforts by sharing professional insights on social media or during events, as needed.
Qualifications
- Valid Utah Master Aesthetician license.
- Certification in laser treatments is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical or medical spa setting.
- Strong knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, and advanced treatment protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused mindset.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for helping clients achieve their aesthetic goals with professionalism and care.
