Please read full description. We are seeking a skilled and passionate Aesthetician to join our team. As an Aesthetician, you will be responsible for delivering a variety of aesthetic treatments, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
We are looking for two types of people, nothing in between. Either someone who comes in only when they have clients, sets up the room, provides the service, cleans the room, and heads home. This is option 1. This will not come with an hourly pay and will come with a commission of 25%. If this is the option you prefer, ideally you have some of your own clients you can bring to the clinic. Option 2 requires you to come in whether you have clients or not. You will promote the business by engaging on our social medias, make content (scripts will be given), promote the business (and yourself) around town, going into other businesses and asking for partnerships, handing out business cards, staffing a promotional booth in high-traffic areas, etc. This option is ideal for someone willing to put in the time to grow with the company. This option comes with 30% commission since you will playing a role in acquiring the client and the hourly wage will be $15 an hour while you promote, connect, engage, etc.
The hours for either option will be Thursday and Saturday 10am-6pm and Friday 1pm - 6pm. For option 1, these will be the hours in which clients can book within and you will be expected to show up at least 15 minutes before your appointment. For option 2 these are the hours you will have clients or be expected to promote the business.
Duties
- Provide professional skincare treatments, including Facials, Chemical Peels, Hydrafacials, Microneedling, Microneelding with RF (Pixel 8), Sauna sessions, Cold Plunge sessions, HBOT sessions, you will be taught how to do the last three.
- Ensure the highest standards of hygiene and sanitation.
- Utilize background knowledge to advise clients on treatment options and skincare products.
- Maintain accurate client records using salon software for scheduling and treatment history.
- Ensure all tools and equipment are sanitized according to health regulations.
- Engage in sales activities by recommending products that align with client needs and preferences.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by building rapport with clients and addressing their concerns effectively.
