Position Overview: We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Aesthetician/laser tech who is passionate about the aesthetics industry and has experience with various laser and aesthetic treatments. The ideal candidate is confident in sales consultations, skilled at addressing client concerns, and is committed to providing the highest quality services. This position requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consultations: Conduct sales consultations with clients to assess their needs and recommend customized aesthetic treatment packages.
- Laser & Aesthetic Treatments: Perform laser hair removal, facial laser treatments, and other aesthetic services.
- Aesthetic services: perform diamond glow facials, dermaplane treatments, waxing, brow lamination with precision, care, and confidence.
- Client Safety & Satisfaction: Ensure client safety by following safety protocols for all treatments and providing a comfortable, positive experience.
- Equipment Maintenance: Maintain, clean, and sanitize equipment according to health and safety standards.
- Retail Sales: Assist with retail sales of skincare products and services to enhance clients' results and satisfaction.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate client treatment records and document progress.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to provide exceptional customer service and client care.
- Professional Appearance: Maintain a neat, tidy, and professional appearance at all times.
- Reliability: Demonstrate strong attendance and a proven track record of reliability.
- Social Media: Create and share content for social media to engage clients and promote services.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 1 years of experience in performing laser treatments, facials, hair removal, IPL, microneedling, peels, and other aesthetic services.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Independence & Teamwork: Ability to work both independently and as part of a small, collaborative team.
- Customer Service: Passion for providing outstanding customer service and client care.
- Additional Skills: Experience with waxing, brow lamination, lash lift and tint, and microdermabrasion is a plus.
- Social Media: Skilled in social media content creation is a plus.
- Certifications : must hold an active Laser certified licensed and Esthetician license
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
