Job Description:
We are seeking a highly customer-focused individual to join our team as a Patient Care Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be professional, personable, and passionate about skincare and aesthetics. At Skin Appeal, we value individuals who are self-motivated communicators, capable of promoting our practice through patient interaction, public events, and social media. Experience in skincare, medical aesthetics, sales, or the beauty industry is preferred.
The role also includes providing concierge-level service and conducting consultations with new patients. Success in this role requires a strong understanding of skincare and aesthetic services, a hardworking and motivated mindset, and a "get it done" attitude.
Overview of Position:
- Educate patients on the benefits of services offered at the practice
- Collaborate with medical providers to meet patient needs, including consultations and referrals for treatments such as lasers, Botox/Dysport, and fillers
- Promote and sell skincare products available through the practice
- Deliver superior customer service to exceed client expectations and create an exceptional patient experience
- Conduct consultations with new patients, leveraging prior knowledge of skincare and aesthetic services
- Follow up with all clients after treatments to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
- Cross-train in various roles within the practice, including front office, back office, and assisting providers
Typical Schedule:
Must be available Monday 9:30 AM - 3:30 PM, Tuesday through Friday 8:30 AM - 6:30 PM, with rotating Saturdays (8:30 AM - 3:30 PM) and corresponding Mondays off if business allows. Scheduling is made within this window of time and will vary weekly based on business needs.

Compensation:
- Hourly wage plus commission (after 90 days), based on team sales
- Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
