Front Desk & Marketing Manager – Aesthetics Industry
Strategic Connective Solutions is hiring on behalf of a valued client in Tucson, AZ.
We are seeking a Front Desk & Marketing Manager to oversee front desk operations, customer service, and marketing for a thriving medical spa specializing in advanced aesthetic treatments.
This role is integral to ensuring smooth clinic operations, exceptional client satisfaction, and strategic marketing to maximize growth.
Job Responsibilities:
Front Desk & Operations:
- Greet clients and manage check-in/check-out processes.
- Schedule and manage appointments efficiently using Aesthetic Record (AR) software.
- Understand and communicate all offered services, including treatment durations and processes.
- Track and maintain client records for accurate reporting and follow-up.
Inventory & Product Management:
- Monitor inventory levels and place timely orders for products.
- Track and manage retail product sales.
Marketing & Client Engagement:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive bookings and product sales.
- Manage social media platforms and create engaging promotional content.
- Analyze marketing performance and propose strategies for improvement.
Clinic Operations & Support:
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the clinic, maintaining an organized front office.
- Provide support to medical professionals as needed.
Qualifications:
- Experience in front desk operations, customer service, or spa/clinic management.
- Proficiency in Aesthetic Record (AR) software is required.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Marketing and social media management experience.
- Excellent communication skills and a client-focused attitude.
Compensation:
- Base salary range: $42,000 to $48,000 annually.
- Performance-based commissions tied to:
- Monthly booking and revenue goals.
- Successful marketing campaigns.
- Product sales and inventory management.
Work Schedule:
- Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM
- Closed Sundays
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.49 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
