Alive and Well, a leading wellness center and spa, is seeking a warm, skilled, and experienced Holistic Esthetician to join our team.
What You’ll Do:
As a Holistic Esthetician, you’ll blend the art of holistic care with the science of medical-grade skincare to deliver exceptional, personalized treatments for all skin types. You’ll take a thoughtful approach to uncovering the root causes of skin concerns, guiding patients on their journey to achieve their goals.Your role includes:
- Delivering holistic and medical-grade facials tailored to each client’s needs.
- Mastering skincare formulations and ingredients to recommend customized regimens.
- Offering expertise in treating diverse skin types with sensitivity and care.
- Providing excellent massage techniques as part of facial services.
- Collaborating with clients to address skin concerns through a root-cause approach.
- Embracing and integrating other wellness modalities available at Alive and Well into treatment plans.
- Maintaining a posture of continuous learning, growing your skill set, and fostering a team-oriented environment.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of esthetician experience with a passion for holistic wellness.
- Exceptional understanding of skincare formulations and their impact on overall skin health.
- A warm demeanor, with a focus on service, connection, and patient care.
- Enthusiasm for working in a collaborative environment that values education and growth.
- Skilled in facial sculpting, lymphatic drainage, and other advanced techniques.
- Ideal but not required: Experience with microcurrent, ultrasound, LED therapy, microneedling, and facial sculpting.

Hours: Full-Time and Part-Time positions available.
Open Monday - Sunday.
Commission: This is a commission-based position plus gratuity. 30% commission on the actual price of the service (note: price of the service varies based on member, non-member, etc).
Start date: As soon as available.
