Your Role:
As a Medical Assistant at CULT Aesthetics, you'll play a vital role in supporting our aesthetic injectors and ensuring our patients receive the highest level of care. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with Procedures: Collaborate with our skilled injectors during in-office treatments, ensuring a seamless and comfortable patient experience at CULT Aesthetics.
- Patient Care: Room patients, obtain before and after photography, perform venipuncture and lab draws, and provide exceptional care throughout their visit at CULT Aesthetics.
- Operational Excellence: Manage inventory, maintain meticulous documentation, schedule appointments, and facilitate smooth patient checkouts at CULT Aesthetics.
- Front Office Support: Lend your expertise to our front office team, showcasing your versatility and dedication to providing exceptional service at CULT Aesthetics.
- Social Media Savvy: If you have a knack for social media, your skills will be valued in helping us showcase our services and engage with our audience online at CULT Aesthetics.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in a medical setting, ideally in dermatology, plastic surgery, or a related field.
- Skills: Proficiency in venipuncture, phlebotomy, vital signs, and social media management is a plus.
- Qualities: We seek a dependable, punctual, detail-oriented professional who is a self-starter and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Medical Assistant certification is preferred but not required.
