Job Overview:
Are you a skilled and licensed aesthetician passionate about skincare and wellness? Tommy's Girl Med Spa & Beauty Bar is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable professional to provide exceptional med spa services to our clientele. This is a commission-based position (60/40 split) where you will have the opportunity to build your book of business while leveraging the full support of our spa. We provide all the tools, resources, and a supportive environment to help you market yourself and your services effectively. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a range of professional skincare treatments, including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and other med spa services.
- Consult with clients to assess their skincare needs and recommend personalized treatment plans.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of our skincare products and provide expert advice to clients for at-home care.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment environment that adheres to all sanitation and safety protocols.
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients by delivering exceptional service and fostering trust.
- Actively promote your services and the spa’s offerings through marketing initiatives, social media, and client referrals, with the support of our team.
- Collaborate with other team members, including estheticians, massage therapists, and med spa professionals, to deliver seamless client experiences.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and advancements in the skincare and med spa industries.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Licensing: Must hold a valid Texas aesthetician or cosmetology license.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a med spa, luxury spa, or similar setting is preferred.
- Client-Focused: Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for helping clients feel confident and beautiful.
- Technical Proficiency: Expertise in performing advanced skincare treatments and operating med spa equipment.
- Product Knowledge: Familiarity with luxury skincare brands and med spa products.
- Professionalism: Highly organized, reliable, and committed to maintaining the highest standards of client care.
- Flexibility: Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed to accommodate client schedules.
