POSITION SUMMARY
The Aesthetic Retreat is seeking a highly motivated Aesthetic Assistant to join our close-knit team. In this hybrid role, you will provide exceptional clinical support two days per week, while also stepping into front office duties one day per week. As both a key member of the clinical team and the first and last point of contact for our patients, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and seamless experience for all. With a focus on integrity and transparency, you will help ensure every patient feels valued and supported throughout their journey with us.

OBJECTIVES
● Assist the provider with patient check-in, before/after photos, numbing, treatment preparation, quote presentation, room turnover, and patient post-care.
● Assist the provider with documentation and charting, ensuring accurate and efficient record-keeping and data management.
● Perform front office duties one day per week, including greeting patients, managing check-ins and check-outs, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
● Coordinate patient care by managing ongoing appointment, consultation, and follow-up communications to ensure a seamless experience throughout each patient’s journey.
● Ability to provide information about our services, products, and promotions with confidence and clarity.
● Continuously strive for excellence by staying informed about industry trends, advancements in cosmetic injectables, and best practices in patient care, reinforcing The Aesthetic Retreat’s position as an industry leader.
● Actively seeks opportunities for professional development and growth, staying updated on industry trends.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
● Medical Assistant certification not required.
● Experience in the medical spa or aesthetics industry is preferred.
● Passion for the beauty and wellness industry.
● High school diploma or equivalent required.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
● Ability to stand and sit for extended periods and lift/move objects up to 30 pounds.
● Comfortable working in a medical spa environment with potential exposure to the sight of blood and needles.
