Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced (1+ years required in a Medical Spa) Manager to oversee the daily operations of our facility. The ideal candidate will have a passion for wellness and beauty, combined with strong leadership skills to manage staff, ensure exceptional customer service, and drive sales. This role requires a proactive approach to managing med spa services, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization, and fostering a positive environment for both clients and employees.
Duties
- Front desk/assist in back office - adaptability to move between both roles
- Supervise daily operations of the spa, ensuring all services are delivered to the highest standards.
- Manage staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations to maintain a motivated team.
- Oversee cash handling processes, ensuring accurate transactions and financial reporting.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase service bookings and retail sales.
- Negotiate with suppliers for product purchases while maintaining cost-effectiveness.
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Foster relationships with clients, addressing any concerns or feedback to enhance their experience.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the spa environment.
- Organize promotional events or packages to attract new clients and retain existing ones.

- 1+ year Previous experience in a medial spa is required.
