Position Overview:
The Aesthetics Sales Consultant / Skin Specialist will be the face of our med spa, managing client interactions, providing personalized consultations, and supporting our treatment team. This role is perfect for someone with strong customer service and sales experience. You will be responsible for designing treatment plans, managing schedules, and assisting with skincare product recommendations, while meeting sales targets.
Note: This position requires flexibility to work at both our Newport Beach and San Clemente locations, as well as availability on weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome clients warmly, providing a positive and professional first impression.
- Conduct initial consultations, listening to client concerns and recommending suitable treatments and products.
- Schedule and manage appointments, ensuring smooth daily operations and timely patient flow.
- Educate clients on the benefits of various skincare treatments and products to support their skin goals.
- Collaborate with medical and aesthetic providers to develop customized treatment plans.
- Lead sales efforts by upselling services and retail products to meet individual and team sales goals.
- Handle administrative tasks, including client records, payments, and follow-up communications.
- Participate in team meetings, bringing fresh ideas for improving client experiences and increasing revenue.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or patient care coordination. (Experience in the medical spa, wellness, or beauty industry is a plus but not required)
- Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Highly organized with excellent multitasking and time management abilities.
- A positive, can-do attitude with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Bilingual (Spanish or other languages) preferred, to better serve our diverse client base.
- Flexibility to work at both Newport Beach and San Clemente locations.
- Must be available to work on weekends.
- Eager to learn about new skincare/wellness products, treatments, and technologies.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in scheduling software and client management systems is a plus.
