Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and passionate MASTER Aesthetician to join our team at a premier med spa in Newport Beach. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in skincare and beauty treatments, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service highly skilled in sales and up selling is a must. This role involves performing various aesthetic procedures, including aesthetic device treatments, advanced medical facials, and Hydrafacial and being able to keep up with sales goals and up selling to give clients best possible results, while ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for clients.
Duties
- Perform comprehensive skin assessments and recommend appropriate treatments tailored to individual client needs.
- Administer aesthetic device treatments and other advanced skincare procedures in accordance with safety protocols.
- Create personalized treatment plans to help clients reach superior results.
- Provide excellent customer service by effectively communicating with clients about their treatment options and aftercare with honesty.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized according to industry standards.
- Assist in sales of products and services, educating clients on the benefits of recommended skincare routines and cross sell service throughout the office to work together as a TEAM.
- Stay updated on what we have to offer and the latest trends in skincare, Medical Aesthetics treatments, and aesthetic technology to provide informed recommendations.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive atmosphere within the spa.
Qualifications
- Valid MASTER Aesthetician license or certification as required by state regulations.
- Proven experience in Medical Aesthetic, Sales and customer service within a med spa setting.
- Knowledge of aesthetic Devices and treatments like Hydrafacial, Microneedling RF devices, Lasers is preferred.
- Strong Sales background, ability to upsell and cross sell a MUST!!
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients both professionally and ethically.
- Experience in sales or marketing within the beauty industry is a plus.
- Additional skills such as tattooing or lashes may be beneficial but are not required.
- A commitment to ongoing education and professional development in aesthetics is essential.
