RESPONSIBILITIES:
- At least 2 years of experience in guest service environment, spa setting preferred
- Must be detail-oriented and have ability to multi-task
- Excellent communication, listening, and basic computer skills
- Prior experience in operating Spa online booking systems, POS and up-selling retail
products and services to clients.
- Must have enthusiasm and possess excellent guest service skills
- Enjoy working with people and have a friendly and outgoing personality
- Must be a team player
- Flexible schedule and ability to work on weekends and holidays
