Professional Objectives: Care for our guests' skin and bodies by providing a variety of Aesthetic Med Spa treatments according to protocols and rituals, guaranteeing the ultimate Med Spa experience. Providers must portray a professional self-image and master treatment/ product technical knowledge and skills. Estheticians are expected to invest in self-education to ensure growth.
Treatments:
- Establish and maintain rapport with clients to ensure overall customer service and satisfaction of clients.
- Perform skin analysis and evaluation on patients
- Perform a comprehensive full-face consultation and offer a comprehensive treatment plan to patients
- Develop a customized treatment plan for patients and an ongoing follow-up plan
- Experience discussing patient expectations of outcomes
- Comprehensive knowledge on Alma Diode lasers
- Consistent training and education on current aesthetic industry trends.
- Pursue opportunities to educate clients on additional services and our product lines.
- Educate clients on all treatments processes including pre- and post-treatment care guidelines.
- Skilled effective, compassionate, professional interactions and communication with patients.
- Confidently and empathetically answer client questions and concerns.
- Build a self-generated client base in addition to the leads provided by the company.
Responsibilities:
- Must have an Active Aesthetic license for the State of Virginia.
- Must have certification to perform LHR.
- Have a minimum of 1year of experience.
- Must have a set availability schedule.
- Must have a car or reliable method of transportation.
- Must be able to work Fridays and Saturdays.
- Customer Service skills and interpersonal skills are a must.
- Must be efficient and meticulous.
- Being able to pay attention to detail is absolutely a must.
- Must be able to work on all different skin colors and be able to work with different laser machines.
