**Job Description:**
We are on the lookout for a proactive, sales-driven Multi-Licensed Medical Esthetician to join our team of medical providers in a high-volume, metric-driven environment. This position requires a deep commitment to maintaining the highest standards of patient care, combined with the ability to maximize sales through expert treatment recommendations and effective upselling and cross-selling.
**Responsibilities:**
- Provide a range of high-quality aesthetic treatments, including HydroFacial, microneedling RF, fat freezing, Ultherapy, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, and PCA and TCA peels, under medical supervision.
- Offer detailed consultations and tailored treatment plans based on thorough skin assessments and the latest aesthetic techniques.
- Promote and sell prescription-grade skincare products from leading brands, enhancing patient outcomes and spa revenue.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations as well as adherence to legal and ethical medical standards.
- Engage in continuous professional development to keep up-to-date with the industry’s best practices and innovations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing expert advice and exceptional service to ensure client retention and satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed personal and team sales targets, contributing significantly to the overall performance and success of the spa.
**Qualifications:**
- Valid esthetician license in the state of employment with additional certifications for advanced treatments.
- Experience in a medical spa, dermatology clinic, or similar environment preferred.
- Strong sales skills and a proven track record of achieving sales quotas.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; bilingual fluency in English and Spanish required, Portuguese preferred.
- A strong team player with the ability to work alongside a diverse group of medical professionals.
