The Maryland Plastic Surgery Center and PURE MedSpa is home to the region's first MedSpa and features an on-site award winning ambulatory Plastic Surgery Center. We are internationally recognized and have been featured as one of the top 300 practices in the United States for aesthetic surgery.Our warm, friendly, and highly experienced staff is looking for a unique individual that can operate as the Social Media Content Creator and Patient Concierge.

While fulfilling your role as our Social Media Manager you will be responsible for:
- Create and edit high-quality short-form content for social platforms;
- Act as a springboard for creation and provide guidance early on regarding how it will be expressed on different platforms;
- Shoot content using an iPhone and potentially other professional camera equipment;
- Execute tasks promptly to meet deadlines and project requirements;
- Edit and refine content to meet quality standards, visually appealing, and optimized for social media platforms;
- Identify daily, quick-turnaround reactive opportunities — throw ideas and see what sticks
- Be an integral part of brainstorming for larger campaigns and participate in collaborative moments (brainstorming, workshops) for stakeholders to ensure campaigns have social first content
- Assist influencers and brands to create social focused content highlighting CdS on their channels;
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices on Instagram and TikTok to enhance content creation and optimization.
- Deep understanding of social media and the nuances between platforms
The ideal candidate will be ultra social media savvy, have experience in creating and editing high-quality short-form content, and possess a deep understanding of Instagram and TikTok trends and best practices.
The right candidate must meet the following criteria to be considered:
- Experience developing content from ground up - ideation to the final cut
- Demonstrated experience in creating and editing high-quality short-form content for social media platforms
- Highly skilled in ideation and pitching ideas that grow a business
- Strong video editing skills and proficiency in editing software/tools
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in TikTok or other vertical content production preferred
- Impeccable English verbal and writing skills
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
- Experience in creating content for a high-end, high-priced, luxury brand or product

Pay: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour
