To join our team you must:
- Have customer service experience
- Have ease learning software programs especially scheduling systems
- Be comfortable using computers
- Have good time management
- Display professional and courteous customer service
- Have good critical thinking skills. This job requires a focus to troubleshoot situations to think ahead and be juggling tasks
Desirable:
- An appreciation of holistic lifestyle such as natural beauty products, massage, facials, nutrition
- Interest in bottling and manufacturing. We make our own products in-house and we also use products in our services. Our studio hand-blends our branded products which will require you to do some product manufacturing in which you will be trained. To what extent will depend on the candidate
Your day to day:
- Scheduling clients, handling calls, correspondence and collecting payments
- Assisting walk-in customers with retail
- Preparing the facility for its daily operations
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the entire facility
- Assisting service providers when needed
- Recording of reports such as sales reports and daily deposits
- Monitoring inventory of supplies and processing supply requisition
- Packaging online orders out for delivery
- Assisting manager with assorted tasks
- Purchase of office supplies either online or local run
- Social media experience preferred but not a prerequisite
