WHO WE ARE:
As a premier medical aesthetic and functional medicine practice, we excel in delivering exceptional patient experiences rooted in dedication and expertise. Our mission is to transform lives by harmonizing inner and outer well-being, cultivating self-worth and CONFIDENCE that empowers individuals to thrive in all aspects of their lives.
We specialize in minimally invasive cosmetic procedures to help individuals look their best [i.e. awake liposuction, natural fat transfers, cosmetic injectables such as Botox, Dermal Filler, Sculptra, Radiesse, PDO threads, fat dissolver, laser resurfacing, microneedling, facials, and medical grade skincare] as well as regenerative wellness services to feel your best [i.e. medical weight loss, peptide therapy, hormone replacement therapy, sexual wellness, IV hydration, and stem cell therapy].
OUR WHY:
At Haus of Confidence, we're driven by a profound belief that our services have the power to transform lives. From medical weight loss to hormone therapy to rejuvenating anti-aging treatments and life-changing surgeries, we're dedicated to empowering individuals to unlock their full potential of living life with confidence.
THE POSITION:
Selling/educating on our services . . . yes we offer A LOT. We are a full service medical aesthetics and regenerative wellness clinic that also specializes in teaching aspiring providers who want to enter the aesthetic or regenerative wellness space. If you are not familiar with the services we offer or how to sell them, this role is not for you.
THE RIGHT FIT: We're seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual who embodies exceptional problem-solving skills, creativity, and a customer-centric approach. This position is not for the faint of heart!

- GREAT at Sales. . . like reeeeally love it. Lead generation, lead nurture, follow up, closing the loop, processing/walking clients through financing options. This requires being a detail oriented person.
- SELF MOTIVATED. . . as the company expands, we seek individuals who are able to take ideas and present an implementation strategy. We are not afraid to do things different, often being the first to market with new technology. We believe in RESULTS that empower individuals to thrive in all aspects of their lives.

- Must be a self-starter, accountable, and highly motivated to hit and exceed targets to reap financial rewards.
- Maintains professionalism and poise constantly, even when working under pressure.
- Must be highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize competing tasks.
- High Energy. . . we are a team of highly energetic people that guzzle caffeine, love to exercise and get energy from making other people feel good about themselves. If you get annoyed with loud music or dance parties, probably not a great fit.

- Candidate who does not have any prior sales experience
- Someone who needs a ton of structure and consistency
- Not willing to jump in as needed on tasks that aren’t “yours”
- Someone who can’t work independently
