MedSpa Receptionist/Front Desk Coordinator needed for a very busy aesthetic center in West Hollywood.
Must be willing to learn new techniques and be a part of an exciting spa concept. Be professional and courteous conduct with an emphasis on confidentiality and professional appearance. We are looking for a team player with a "can-do" attitude and highly efficient organizational and communication skills.
We expect polished language skills, both in person, over the phone and through email. This is a part time position that that can lead into full time.
Pay is dependent on experience with excellent incentives included!!!
- Great sales techniques, ability to sell, upgrade services
- Be able to utilize our spa software system to manage client bookings, check in and check out of clients
- Great communication skills
- Can work independently.
- Is self-motivated, dependable and punctual
- Is passionate about the beauty and wellness industry
