Neuro Wellness Spa is recruiting a Therapy Front Office Assistant for a full-time position.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable, friendly, and organized Front Office Receptionist to join our Therapy team at Neuro Wellness Spa. As the first point of contact for our clinic, the Front Office Receptionist plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our patients and staff. The ideal candidate is highly organized and able to manage prescriber schedules; establish, update and maintain all client databases; and schedule appointments. We are looking for a friendly person who puts our patients at ease and enjoys building relationships with the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome patients as they contact the office personally or by telephone, and explain the services available, payment categories, and billing procedures
- Answer multiple phone lines; directs calls and takes messages as needed
- Verify patient information and insurance eligibility;
- Direct patients to complete forms and processes related to intake and ongoing therapeutic care in DrChono HER
- Facilitate internal referrals to therapy in Salesforce CRM
- Inform providers of no shows and cancellations
- Schedule appointments or follow-up appointments for therapy clients using DrChrono EHR
- Contact bumped patients and reschedule appointments as appropriate
- Perform various front-office duties in a fast-paced, customer-oriented clinical environment, as assigned
- Maintain clinic patient flow, balancing registration requirements and documents, patient appointment times and non-appointment activities.
- Maintain work area and lobby in neat manner
- Any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
