Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and knowledgeable Medical Assistant with a strong focus on aesthetics, wellness, weight loss, and hormone replacement therapy to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about patient care who is well-versed in aesthetic procedures, skincare products, and treatments. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with sales and educating patients on available services, with sales training provided to a motivated candidate. In this role, you will play an essential part in supporting our medical and aesthetic team, ensuring a high-quality experience for each patient while driving clinic growth.
Duties
- Assist providers with a range of aesthetic and wellness procedures, including injectables, hormone treatments, and skincare services.
- Educate patients on skincare lines, procedures, and products, confidently promoting the benefits and outcomes of aesthetic services.
- Perform vital signs checks, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
- Prepare patients for procedures, ensuring comfort and a clear understanding of the process.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.
- Administer medications, injections, and support in aesthetic procedures as directed by providers.
- Conduct routine diagnostic support, including EKGs, blood draws, and skincare assessments.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
- Collaborate with the team to enhance patient satisfaction, cross-sell services, and contribute to clinic growth.
Experience
The ideal candidate should bring:
- Extensive knowledge of aesthetic services, including injectables, skincare treatments, and medical-grade skincare lines.
- Confidence in educating and discussing aesthetic and wellness options with patients.
- Previous experience in a clinical or med spa setting is preferred.
- Strong understanding of anatomy, medical terminology, and patient care fundamentals.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience or comfort with sales and patient consultations.

Pay: $18.35 - $21.00 per hour
