Our courses are tailored for healthcare professionals seeking to start or advance their careers in aesthetics.
Role Overview
The Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of both The Confidence Bar and The Confidence Lab. This includes overseeing day-to-day activities, managing staff, optimizing processes, and contributing to the overall growth and success of both entities.
Operations
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Oversee daily operations, including patient flow, scheduling, and resource management, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain and optimize medical and aesthetic equipment, ensuring it is regularly serviced and updated.
Leadership and Management
- Lead and inspire the team, fostering a positive work environment.
- Oversee recruitment, training, and performance reviews to ensure continuous staff growth.
- Promote communication and collaboration across departments to achieve goals
Strategic Planning
- Collaborate on the development and execution of strategic goals and initiatives for the practice.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities for service growth and expansion.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to keep the practice competitive.
Marketing and Online Presence
- Lead marketing efforts and manage the business's online presence, including SEO, social media, and digital branding.
- Oversee and optimize search engine marketing campaigns using analytics to drive engagement and growth.
Finance
- Oversee budgets, financial reports, and performance metrics to maintain financial health.
- Implement strategies to boost revenue, cut costs, and improve profitability.
- Manage billing, collections, and financial reporting for accuracy and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management: Lead & inspire a diverse team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. This includes staff scheduling, implementing policy, procedure & providing ongoing staff training.
Operational Oversight: Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, & alignment with company values and goals. Identify and implement opportunities for operational improvements to enhance productivity, patient satisfaction, & team performance
Business Growth: Support the growth of the practice by managing resources effectively, optimizing processes, and contributing to strategic planning efforts.
Inventory & Resource Management: Oversee inventory levels, ensuring the timely procurement of supplies and materials for both aesthetics services & training programs. Manage resources to support the overall growth & efficiency of the business
Finance. Monitor and analyze financial performance, including sales, expenses, and profitability.
Marketing and Online Presence. Manage online presence, SEO, and social media. Optimize search engine marketing campaigns to boost engagement and growth.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably within the aesthetics, healthcare, or related industries.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and develop teams effectively.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems and other relevant software.
- Experience with marketing and social media management

Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
