An esthetician provides services focused on skin care including, but not limited to, skin treatments and facials.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Evaluate a customer’s skin condition and offer recommendations for
- treatments
- Recommend skincare products to customers, including lotions, facial washes
- and moisturizers
- Complete facials with the intention of moisturizing and cleaning
- Maintain beauty and skincare tools
- Perform facial treatments, including cleansing, exfoliating, extracting, and moisturizing, tailored to each client's specific skincare needs.
- Administer advanced facial treatments such as Hydra Facials with precision and care.
- Conduct thorough skin analyses to assess clients' skin conditions and recommend appropriate treatments and skincare regimens.
- Maintain a clean and organized treatment room, ensuring all equipment and tools are sanitized and ready for use.
- Educate clients on proper skincare routines and product recommendations to promote skin health and longevity.
- Uphold high standards of customer service by providing a welcoming and comfortable environment for clients throughout their visit.
- Keep up to date with the latest skincare trends, techniques, and products to continuously improve service offerings and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other team members, including estheticians, receptionists, and managers, to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols to maintain a hygienic and compliant work environment.
- Demonstrate professionalism and integrity in all interactions with clients and colleagues.

Education and Experience:
- Esthetician license is required.
- > 10+year experience is a must.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting and standing at the workstation.
- Must be able to lift up to fifteen pounds at times.
- Must be able to regularly travel throughout the location.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
