Responsibilities
- Providing the highest quality wax service while maintaining a cheerful and positive attitude with each and every guest
- Educating all guests on EWC’s 4 Steps to Gorgeous Process™ and the importance of consistency
- Utilizing our in-center promotions and exclusive product portfolio to teach guests how to care for their skin
- Partnering with the front desk and utilizing EWC terminology/scripts to create a memorable and consistent guest experience
- always Maintaining a thoroughly clean wax suite and adhering to all state, county, and federal sanitation and health guidelines
- Meeting or exceeding center and individual goals as determined by Center Manager
- Adhering to the schedule assigned by management per your availability and to the reservation book maintained by the front desks
- Arriving to work on time and in appropriate dress code
- Keeping open communication with the management team to stay on top of current promotions and center needs

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: Guaranteed starting $15.25 - $20.00 per hour (Not including gratuity!!)
Earn $40,000-$70,000 as a Wax Specialist, working an average of 30 hours per week

Requirements:
- A licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist in California
- We offer flexible scheduling!
- Sales experience is preferred but not required
