Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Front Desk Patient Coordinator with proven sales experience to join our growing team. This key role is the first point of contact for our patients and plays a critical part in ensuring a smooth, welcoming, and professional experience. The ideal candidate is highly organized, personable, and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors warmly, creating a positive and professional first impression
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries efficiently
- Educate patients about clinic services, treatments, and products
- Actively promote service packages and memberships to meet or exceed sales targets
- Process payments, maintain accurate patient records, and manage follow-ups
- Coordinate patient check-ins and ensure smooth communication between patients and providers
- Handle patient concerns and resolve scheduling or service-related issues promptly
- Assist with inventory management for retail products
- Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional events and outreach efforts
- Maintain the appearance and organization of the reception area
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of front desk or patient coordinator experience, ideally in a medical spa, clinic, or aesthetic practice
- Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proficiency with scheduling software (e.g., Nextech, Zenoti, or similar)
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Knowledge of GLP-1 weight loss medications, aesthetics, or related fields (preferred but not required)

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Rotating weekends
